The perfect person for this position will be versatile in the kitchen, with a wealth of experience in different styles of dining, be available nights and weekends, self-motivated and eager to contribute, as well as possessing excellent communication skills and comfort giving and taking direction. Duties include prep and planning, regular line work, cleaning, and inventory management. We are seeking someone who is ready and willing to contribute to – and execute – the vision of the restaurant while helping improve the quality and variety of our unique menu. Creativity, humility, and collaboration a must. Bilingual English/Spanish a plus. 20-40 hrs/week. Pay based on experience.
